PRICE MATCH RULES & REGULATIONS

In order to price match an item we need to insure that the item we are price matching is in fact the exact same items and not illegal knockoff items.

We will confirm that the item is the exact same item we carry and then immediately email you with a confirmation. If the item is not the exact same item as the one we are offering we will notify you via email.

After a price confirmation has been made and approved you can place an order for the item and then our staff will be able to adjust the price once you contact them with your new order number and price match approval response.

We will not price match any items that are in brick-and-mortar stores (we can not verify them), eBay, Amazon.com or any other auction sites or sales avenues that we can not verify ourselves. The reason for this policy is because many of the items sold in auctions and stores are "knock-off" or illegal (unlicensed) items and very cheap productions with poor construction & craftsmanship. Many auctions are also offered by individuals and they do not have the history, reputation or accountability to customers that an actual corporation like ours has to it's customers.

Refuse a price match based upon the competitors reputation, shipping capabilities (they may not ship international) and other factors involved in verifying that the competitor is in fact a reputable and actual company.
