I\'d certainly recommend this to someone on a budget who wants a relatively cheap, functional helmet. The brass highlights mentioned in the description do add a little flair to the helmet and are lightly embossed with a flower motif. The brass is located along the visor, above the eye slits and along the side and bottom. My helmet came with a few small scratches and chips, but nothing that I was very unhappy about. Slightly difficult to wear due to the conical shape, but an excellent value overall.
