This book contains no real useful information on how to throw knives... You could become just as good by practicing on your own instead of taking advice from this book. The only thing this book really shows is different ways of holding a knife to be thrown... Making the knife actually stick is all about practice tho. So i would say dont buy this item cuz apparently anybody can learn to throw a knife properly by repetition.
