I bought this sword for my sister because she's a huge fan of the Highlander series, and what better present can you get such a sibling, than the sword from the movie that started it all?

When I first bought this sword I had doubts, but when I received it they were put to rest. The first time I held this sword I knew that it wasn't just a display piece.

The sword is quite sturdy and feels like a full tang, but I can't be sure since I decided against unwrapping the handle.

When you first pick up this sword it feels quite heavy, but you'll become accustomed to it after you hold it for a while.

When you hold this item you don't get the feel that it's going to break if held at a crooked angle. It's quite solid and can actually be waved around without fear of it coming lose with little effort. I rated it "no contact use" because even though it seems swingable, I wouldn't recommend it for battle, unless you had to make a one time only thrusting attack.

All in all, I feel that I got my money's worth with this purchase.
