The Knights Templar were a monastic military order formed at the end of the First Crusade with the mandate of protecting Christian pilgrims on route to the Holy Land. Never before had a group of secular knights banded together and taken the monastic vows. In this sense they were the first of the Warrior Monks. The Templars fought along side King Richard I (Richard The Lion Hearted) and other Crusaders in the battles for the Holy Lands.

The Knight's Templar Sword is a two-handed blade crafted out of hand-tempered carbon steel.

A fine leather scabbard is also included.

This blade is an excellent battle ready weapon, the design is flawless, its light and quick, yet still gives you the pleasure of wielding a two handed weapon. The weight is near perfection, not too heavy, not too light. This has a sense of traditionalism, feels like it was made back in the golden days of the art of blacksmithing & weapon smithing, and it also gives you another sense that it has been preserved and has survived through the centuries. The blade is also very solid, its not flimsy, its very nice, compared to the rat tail versions of these designs. This not only looks like a full tang battle ready weapon, but most of all feels like one too. Its worth the money. I give this weapon a 9 out of 10. my only complaint is that the blade length is shorter than expected and was hoping for it to be a little longer, however it has a good length too it, not too short. So I end this review on a positive note this weapon looks even cooler in person, when you see it in pictures it cool, but theres something about it when you actually wield it in person its so much better. So this is my final rating 9 out of 10.

This sword is great. The craftsmanship is some of the best i have seen. The sword's hilt is a lot bigger than i thought it was going to be. I had to shave it down so i could use it well. The sword is fully functional. it gives off the appearance of a big sword but for as big as it is it is very light and agile for a bastard sword.

I bought this sword and it is quality. The blade comes sharp, the scabbard is nice, and the sword is everything advertised, so to speak. The blade is strong enough for actual swordplay.
