I wanted a sword I could mount on the wall and have it look cool, but without spending all the money. The pictures must be one of the best ones made, because mine sure was different when I got it. The blade has no edge, which really doesn't surprise me. I woulodn't be swinging it anyway. The red details on the hilt, the eyes of the dragons, and in between them were sloppily painted on. I mean come on, its just a few small circles, I could have done a better job. There was a little paint in areas that shouldn't have even had it. The "Cast metal guard" feels more like plastic. I don't really know since it felt cold, and the details on the sword and sheath well, probably from a mold, I think it's safe to say. I'm not a serious collector, I just thought "Hmm, these swords are cool, I should order one to display!", and for what it's worth, the sword gets the job done. Though for those of you looking at this sword, you get what you pay for. I certainly learned a little lesson.
