These precision throwers are designed with a center balance and handle grooves to allow for a clean throw every time. They feature a solid, one-piece, tempered high carbon steel construction with a black finish. Black nylon military style web belt sheath has a reinforced liner and grommets to allow for fastening in a variety of positions.

Double Edge Thrower Combo includes two Double Edge Throwers. 9" overall. 4 3/8" blade which is 3/16" thick.

First off, I have to say that I am happy with this item. It met my expectations and I recommend it to anyone.

Now about the product. I rated it finely crafted because it does have some minute flaws. No scratches, no blemishes, just small flaws that prove it was factory made. But for the use of the item, the small flaws do nothing against the use. These things were meant to be thrown or however used, not abused of course. But so far they are what you get, paying only $30 or so. The sheath is quite useful and can be fastened in whatever way you might think. I've preferred so far to use the belt loop and have it at my waist but again, there's holes in it to do whatever.

I rated it a slight edge, again it's obvious it was factory made. There's a slight edge, enough there that if you slashed someone, it would cut them. But overall, there's nothing really there. I've sharpened mine up a bit, they're sharper than they were in the box, but they're throwing knives so, they don't have to be as sharp as a sword.

These knives are definitely fully functional. So far they can take a beating, I've thrown them at trees and such, and testing against a katana. I haven't done much more just out of caution, but since they're each just one piece of metal, it would be hard to do a lot of damage to them unless you intended it. Also, they're functional as daggers of sorts...me having them on my waist, I take one in each hand and they're perfect sized for daggers and slashing. I don't expect to be throwing them much but I'm sure if you got good enough with them, they would be perfect. I just see them for functional, for me, as daggers.

Again, overall, I'm pleased with this product. It met my standards and I've yet to be unsatisfied. You get what you pay for, but I don't mean that in a negative way. Just depends on what you see in getting them for.
