It's a great sword for the price... it's not just a sword because screwed together it forms a baton and end to end it's a spear, it's really useful.
The sharpness is very good, especially for the price... much better than other swords I own.

I was quite happy, a dapper blade, really dark colors and looks pretty wicked in the spear mode thing... its sturdy enough to make a pretty deadly defensive weapon, and is also a perfect weight, just heavy enough to make it feel comfortable and to do some serious damage even in its sheath. go buy it.

The sword looks great, and is of a good quality: it looks sleek, and has no visible flaws in it, aside from the tendency scrape the inside of the scabbard when unscrewed (I kept it unscrewed due to this) and thus ruin the sharpness of the blade.
The blade itself is durable, though the tang is breakable if it experiences a hard impact, such as clashing with another blade, or something too sturdy that the sword can't cut through. I know this because the blade broke on me, just after the warranty went out.
The blade is also sharp, though not anywhere near razor sharp, still FAR above the average for mass produced swords, and WILL cut you, to the bone, if you aren't careful with it.
Overall a good buy, as long as you're careful with it afterwards.

This sword doesn't only look great, it IS great. although it weighs a lot, that really adds to it's effect. when it's closed, it look an awful lot like a police club.(i bet you can use it as one, since it is very sturdy). the spear isn't that long, but is excellent for close-combat fighting in alleys or on rooftops. the black color makes it look just like one of those cool matrix gadgets. if you don't buy it, you'll surely regret it for the rest of your life!

my order has came yesterday, i was so exited when i saw the sword, its perfect length when the case is screwed on,and it also looks like a normal stick and can fool people because the you unscrew the case.the blade sharpness is dangerous if you don't know how to use a blade,it makes great use when it is in spear mode and the blade looks sturdy enough to withstand some hard blows.if you want a sword, this is the one you should go for and its at a great price too!

This is a pretty good weapon. In terms of stealth, it is really noisy and slow to screw and unscrew the scabbard, so not super useful if you want to use the sword on quick notice, unless you keep it unscrewed. The blade is a bit wobbly, but seems to work fine even for fairly hard contact. Mine wasn't as sharp as some of the others seem to be, but still sharp. My feelings are kind of mixed. If you want a really good sword that can be used as a nightstick as well, I suggest something like the zatoichi sword. Still, its a good deal for the price.

Like the title, this is the best weapon on Swordsonline.com for its, i say, insanely low price. Its sleek, sexy, low priced, and SHARP. Nearly razor sharp. I almost cut a freaking 2 by 4 in half with this thing!
I rate it a 10/10 also it makes a perfect guard weapon if you own a building with human security.

My only complaint would be that because the sheath is aluminium, and there's no foam or padding inside, when you unscrew it the blade scrapes along the sheath a LOT and this will probably end up blunting the blade... but other than that it's a great buy!

Definitely a great sword for less than $25, looks amazing as both a spear and sword. It came sharper than most swords from this site, but definitely not razor sharp. The only flaw in the design is that when you unscrew it it makes a lot of noise and scrapes the blade against the inside of the sheath.
