Little more. The tip is only sharpened only very slightly and exteneds but an inch or so below the very top. This knife certainly has an excellent feel to it, though, and looks excellent on a belt. After striking a few hard surfaces, the tip is very blunt. The sheath can lead to some problems, though, as the tip of the blade tends to want to stick out of it, possibly leading to a lightly pierced leg if the wearer isn't careful. These things aside, this knife is definitely fun to throw and, for the price, it is difficult to complain too much. Which is why I am concluding this review right now.
So maybe my standards are too high for such a low-cost item. But it did wear out very quickly. It's something that one may use to show off, not for serious knife-throwing competition. It is very well balanced, but a bit too light for my tastes.
