Return Conditions
We value our customer’s satisfaction and guarantee 100% satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with a purchase, you may return your item for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase, unless the item is an engraved product or an EPIC Weapons Licensed Product (exceptions are made for damaged items, see our FAQ section-
Note that the following conditions apply:
-Returned merchandise will not be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). You can request an RMA number by going to MY ACCOUNT -> ORDER HISTORY and selecting the order number referencing to the order you wish to return. At the page end you will need to fill out the form notifying us of which product(s) are being returned.
-The 30 day period starts when confirmed delivery is made.
-Certain items are non-returnable, such as engraved items, and EPIC Weapons licensed product, unless the product is damaged.
-ALL weaponmasters.com sales sold on www.weaponmasters.com are final and each customer acknowledges and accepts these terms at the time of purchase.
-If the return is due to a defective product or is the result of our error, we will pay the return shipping cost. Please Note: We may require pictures of the damaged item(s).
-If the return is due to a reason other than damage, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 15% the cost of the item the restocking fee will be waived if an alternative item is selected.
-Credits will be issued in the same manner as the original purchase. We will issue a credit to original form of payment within 7 days of receiving the product. Note that if the original payment method was a credit card it is possible that the credit card company can take up to 30 days to post a refund. This is not a process our company can manipulate, or speed up in any way. If the credit card used in the original order is expired the refund will be returned via check only to the address and name listed in your original order
-Credit card transactions that are over 120 days old may NOT be refunded under any circumstance.
-Make sure the returned items are securely packed and in the original package. We are not responsible for items that are damaged while in transit.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may be cancelled from WeaponMasters.com if the order has not yet been shipped, although a restocking fee of 15% percent will be charged. A credit will be received in the same manner as the original payment within seven days unless the credit card is expired or the transaction is older than 120 days. Please note that if the payment option was a credit card its up to your bank when they will post the refund. Our company in no way can manipulate or speed up this process.

REFUNDS AND REQUIRED VERIFICATION
Address Verification:
In order to protect our customers and avoid fraudulent credit card activity, if the billing and shipping address do NOT match, WeaponMasters.com will require additional information before the items are shipped.
International Credit Card Verification:
In order to prevent fraudulent credit card activity and to protect the cardholder, international customers paying with a credit card will require additional information before the order is processed. If the information requested is not received, the order will not be processed. FAQ section-
CHECK REFUNDS
Order payment that was received by check will be refunded by check. The refund check will not be mailed to any other address than the original order address.
SHIPPING POLICY
General
WeaponMasters.com has a 24-48 hour processing time for in-stock merchandise and 5-7 days for merchandise from our warehouse or from our manufacturer(s). The processing time is allotted for transmitting the order to our fulfillment center, where is packed and engraved safely and shipped in a timely manner.
Please make note:
-Two day and next day shipping methods indicate the time spent in transit after the order has left the fulfillment center. The processing time is not included, which can be up to 48 hours after the order is placed.
-Items being engraved will have a longer processing time.
-When ordering products that say “Ships in 2-7 Days”, which will be listed on the product page, the customer is entering an agreement to pay to reserve the product from our warehouse or from our nanufacturer(s). In the event that a cancellation is made after the 7th day from purchase or after shipment, the purchaser will be responsible for a 15% Restocking Fee.
-If you choose flat rate shipping your item may be shipped via USPS. Note: Our $9.95 Flat rate shipping within the Continental US applies only to packages that weight less than 2 lbs.
-Pre-order items are transmitted later, closer to their expected ship date which will be posted on our web site or on the product description page.
-Exchanges: There are no additional shipping charges when we ship your exchange item to you. You are only responsible for paying to send your unwanted item back to our fulfillment center unless it’s an international order
INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARDS:
Why does the status of my order still say “Queued”? This can happen for several reasons.
First reason: If you are placing an international order our system will automatically place it in a “Queued” status until we get additional documentation. For international customers we will require a copy of the actual credit card used and/or a photo to match the credit card used. No orders will be shipped to an international address until we receive the additional verifications. This also protects the actual cardholder.
Second reason: If your billing and shipping address does not match we will require additional verification to protect the cardholder.
Third reason: If you have placed an order over the weekend, your payment might be processed the following business day.
Fourth reason: If you have selected Check/Money Order or Phone Order as payment, then your order will not be processed until payment is received and cleared

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders include anything shipped outside of the United States. International orders require a longer delivery time, which can range anywhere from five to fifteen business days. It is a possibility for orders to be further delayed by customs.
WeaponMasters.com is not responsible for any product that is confiscated by legal authorities of your country or state. It is important to check local laws in advance if it is possible that certain products may have bans in place.
SHIPPING DUTIES AND TAXES
Any order that is shipping to a destination outside of the United States could be subject to duties and taxes. These duties and taxes will be due at the time of delivery, however Canadian residents might have these fees due upon delivery or billed after. Our company is not held responsible for any import taxes, duties, or fees which may result from an international order. If payments of these taxes are declined by the recipient, the package can be abandoned. Under circumstances such as these, our company will not be able to process refunds for abandoned or seized items.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from WeaponMasters.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to upon our delivery to the carrier, however we will work with purchaser to locate a missing item and or file a claim if necessary. As stated in our International Orders section, Our Company is not responsible to refund the cost of items seized by customs. It is the customer’s responsibility to be educated on whether the items are legal to be imported into their country. If product is permitted to be shipped back to us, the purchaser will be responsible for the shipping fees to the destination and back, since we must pay to return the products.
OUT OF STOCK OR BACKORDERED ITEMS
What is an out of stock and/or backorder item?
Like Amazon.com, we have thousands of items however we do not keep all items in stock in our shipping warehouse. From time to time our manufacturers/suppliers may run out of stock due to overwhelming demand for some items or waiting for a new shipment to arrive at their warehouse. When manufacturers run out of stock, the item goes on a backordered status & we are unable to predict when more stock will become available. At this point in time we mark the product as backordered and the system will mail it to you upon availability. Your order will have priority over newer orders. Most times our customer service will email you with alternatives items if you desire to switch.

YOUR ACCOUNT
It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of their account and password for preventing use by unintended parties. The customer agrees to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under their account or password. WeaponMasters.com does sell products for children; however our company will only allow adults who can pay with a credit card or check to make purchases. If you are under 18 years of age, you may only use WeaponMasters.com with involvement and approval of a parent or guardian.
WeaponMasters.com and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
ENGRAVING OPTION
There are NO refunds on products that we have engraved unless there is a mistake regarding the engraving text. All comments and instructions should be filled in when ordering the engraving option on products within the WeaponMasters.com website. Some products are not eligible for engraving.
